Setting Someone to Leave you Behind

It's not gonna be really "behind" behind...

He's just gonna leave for Manila and stay there as a trainee and hopefully become the Finance Manager. Cool, huh?

Me?! I'm fine, I'd rather stay here and rack my brains out trying nested "if" statements until office hours are all gone. Haha. So exciting.
