April Boy Songs and Lyrics
You don't want to hear them, but radios are blaring with them.
You don't want to remember them, but it keeps ringing in your head.
You don't want to memorize the words, but you remember.
You don't want to sing them, but you hum along.
You love to hate them, because they're simply April Boy's songs.

Brain Cells
Brain Cells.
- the main cellular composition of your brain, which is the organ you use for both voluntary and involuntary bodily functions.
- the more you think, the more you use up.
- the less you think, they still get used up.
- what you need to be useful. at all.
- a scarce thing nowadays.
- is very hard to produce, I think.. (Ooops, there goes 1,000 of them already, just for that statement! lol!)

Smallest Place I Called Home
When I was starting out my work here in my current company (wouldn't want to mention it, so sue me..lol!), I rented out a room in Labangon (Cebu City). The rate was really small and I was to occupy the whole room by myself. It wasn't at all "bongga" or anything. In fact it was... cramped. Really cramped. I felt like a sardine pushed into a can with 3 others, plus the sauce.
It was about 2m x 3m, I think, I never really wandered how "big" it was. But what I remember was that it fit a double-decker single bed that was just wide enough that your body will fit just ok when you lay supine, plus a small wriggling space. There was also a small cabinet, a small table where I put my TV on - I had to get one so I'd stay sane after work. And a little walking space for one person to be able to move around, change clothes, hang her feet or something, use a stool as a dining table, etc. It was really THAT small.
Aside from the room being small, the landlord was small too. He was an old man, but not grumpy. He was, at his best, sociable. He often asks where my family's at, where I work, how much do I earn, things like that. And he absorbs it like a dry sponge. Later on, he charges me big bucks for that darn TV. Crazy old man.
But it wasn't at all that bad. For as long as I could sleep on a bed, change clothes without being seen by other people, watch tv without the whole town watching with me, and just enjoy solitude after a day's work, I was ok with it. It was really tiny, but it was home for me for about 2 years, I think. And by the way, here are some crappy pictures I took while I was there. You couldn't decipher the size of the room from the pictures, these were just for boredom's sake.

Where's the Lechon?
Lechon, if you do not know anything about it, is roasted pig.
We went home early because there was a "party" in Tom's workplace and he was so excited because there was gonna be a lot of lechon to feast on. But to my disappointment and annoyance, not a single strand of lechon meat landed on my plate. Grrr.
Good thing, there's gonna be another eating thing in the Finance department today. And the main dish? Lechon!
. . .
Saw another blog monetizing site a while ago and decided I'd try it out. It's at LinkFromBlog.com. Registration is really very simple, and your main job is to write sponsored reviews. Busy and Productive Morning, Hopefully
Seems I may have to pray a little harder.
I need to have a productive busy morning every once in a while, and this is one of those mornings when I really want to have that kind of experience.
Not that I'm saying I'm not at all busy - yes I am, super at that.. But not very productive. I usually spend my days conjuring up audit programs and audit plans for my department, holding meetings with the bosses (official or not), or just listening to them tattle about things they are frustrated about - office related or personal - without even thinking if the person they're talking to is not at all disappointed with whatever things are happening. Hmmm. Martyrdom? Nah.
Anyway, started the morning with Coke in my hands. Not a good idea, right? But I'm still sleepy my monitor blurs out. So I just raided my google reader subscriptions and decided to join another online contest. What the heck, if I win, cool. If not. At least I tried, didn't I?
What to do, what to do. I actually have a meeting this morning, an issue that needs discretion. And my people have an ongoing thing right, of which I'm not so happy. They're beginning to be pain-in-the-arses that I just resulted to just shutting up for a while. Not a good leadership thing to do, but I think I just have to give them a bit of wriggling space to be able to start "thinking" on their own. As usual, have online work. Badz already told me yesterday they are about to start talking to a client about my "online services". Yay! Money, money, money. Less hassle, less tangle, more inflow! I just need more braincells and a decent internet connection. Fair enough.
And oh, I have about 3 - 5 articles left unwritten for another online client. Darn it. She's already asked for updates, but this "issue" I'm handling in the office right now is just more important. But I'll get back to you, I promise!
By the way, do you like to join that contest I was babbling about? Click here.

Why I Desperately Need this.
Because I do!

And because I'm a blogger when I'm not being a professional - go figure. (lol!)
And so have lots of things to doodle about.
Squiggle this nice blog idea about a list of stupid things to say on a funeral or something.
Jot down notes over the Sunday service.
List my to-do's, majority of which I need another to-do list just to figure out how to finish.
Take down details of a meeting I wasn't so amused with so writing it down lessens the burden.
And these are just a few of the reasons why I really, really, to the level of desperation, need that antique-y aramaic-y leather journal!
This is my answer to the contest sponsored by Yes No Meh and bury me in this dress. Check out Mukhang Pera for more online contests!

Need Farmville Help?
UPDATE:
Just in! The latest version of Farmville Magic Tools (v1.4) can now be downloaded HERE.A lot of us, and I do emphasize the words A LOT, play farmville in facebook and somehow we always try to find ways on how to level up easier and faster.
Aside from the already published hacks and tricks and cheats, like using cheat engine and trying to understand gibberish on how to tweak your browser codes just to make harvesting easier, there are still those good souls who chose to develop applications or bots which are more easy to use and won't cost you anything.
Just like what I'm using now - Farmville Magic Tool. Sorry I just forgot where I downloaded it from, but to make all your lives easier, I've uploaded my copy so you can use it too. It's a .zip file so you have to extract it first.
You can click on the image to enlarge it or just adjust your vision to finish reading my post... *giggles*
Farmville Magic Tools has an actual tab for instructions, and bot where you click on what to do. Just take note that, for the bot to recognize your farm, make sure that the small area where the tabs for Free Gifts, Neighbors, etc. is visible before dragging that cow into the game window.
I also included another of these clickers in my files so you can have a choice between the two. But I'm currently using Farmville Magic Tools, not that you'd prefer what I'm using, right?
So here are the links again, just in case you missed them.
- Farmville Magic Tools - DOWNLOAD HERE .
- Farmville Clicker - DOWNLOAD HERE.
I hope this made your Farmville life a little easier. And oh, add me as a neighbor. *wink wink*

On the Martial Law in Maguindanao
Because we haven't watched the news and I haven't seen the papers lately, I did not know that Martial Law was at last declared in Maguindanao.
And the current buzz in the world wide web right now is this: announcement to the whole world that the President just declared martial law in one of the provinces of the whole country, and that before, there was this statement of "Never again Martial Law", some tweets ask if it's lawful, some say that it's not because of this and that... here's a snapshot of the current twitter trend (click on the image to enlarge):
Atty. Marvic Leonen, Dean of UP Law, has published his statement already, see it here.
Senator Francis Pangilinan has also blogged about it here, saying (quoting directly from his post)
I tell you, if your name is Martial Law, you just got famous! World renowned! Everybody, EVERYBODY is now talking about you in twitter!
Nie, should be name our child, when he/she comes, Martial Law?!
{Or maybe not, the child might think of cursing me for the rest of his/her blessed life.}

Senator Francis Pangilinan has also blogged about it here, saying (quoting directly from his post)
"Under Section 18 Article VII, Martial Law can only be declared if there is an invasion or rebellion. Neither is existing in the case of the Maguindanao massacre. The massacre is neither a rebellion nor an invasion but a case of multiple murders involving government officials loyal to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The truth is all key personalities are now under police custody. The factual basis for a Martial Law declaration therefore appears to be inexistent."
I tell you, if your name is Martial Law, you just got famous! World renowned! Everybody, EVERYBODY is now talking about you in twitter!
Nie, should be name our child, when he/she comes, Martial Law?!

Dakota Fanning Being Normal
"This may hurt just a little."
Yet the New Moon star knows just how to be normal. (Is it normal to be a member of the cheerleading squad?)
She was even elected as one of the Princesses of the Homecoming Court. How cute. :)
Anyway, off to a meeting I go... lol!

Farmville Friend Fertilizers & Dairy Farms

Have you noticed the updates on Farmville? Try visiting a neighbors farm and you'll see these icons at the bottom left of your farmville window, these are the fertilizers. You get them by helping out friends in their farms performing missions like pulling out weeds, shooing away foxes and birds, etc.. those kinds of missions that just pop out of nowehere. And apparently, you do not get the fertilizers if you go directly to a neighbor's farm to help out. Currently, I ran out of these fertilizers, so I just borrowed these pics from lightchan. You would normally receive about 5 of these fertilizer bags which you can use to add "sparkle" to your friends' crops. You would later notice that fertilized crops have the sparkles on them. Just like these berries, pic taken from Carla's farm. (click on the image to enlarge)
And when the crops are ready for harvest, you would see the difference in size as compared to the crops that were not fertilized, see the pic of my farm and notice the difference between the corn kernels. :)
Also, once you harvest the sparkly crops, you'll notice that you earn 1XP point for each plot, in addition to the selling price and master points. And oh, if you have a lot of cows, I'd advise you get dairy farms and milking those cows will be as fast as two clicks. Or something. :)
One dairy farm can house 20 cows, all you have to do is click on a cow, select move, and move it into the dairy farm, and then wait for harvest! I mean, milking time...
I hope Farmville develops a shearing farm or something for the sheep and a milking station for the goats too.
*sigh*
And if we're not neighbors yet, just, add me... :)
